Wellness and Team building are hotel programs with special activities to strengthen the team spirit of the collective, intended for guests who are in constant search for authentic experiences, different from the usual ones. The wellness hotel, life team buildnig, has a story for followers of the idea of the balance of man and nature.

It is a business philosophy that emphasizes a positive approach to life with the offer of a unique wellness team building program, whereby we combine "forest bathing" in the sable oak forest, bathing in the air rich in organic compounds, with bathing in beer in oak barrels at the hotel.

The point of forest bathing is to remind ourselves that we are part of nature. A walk in the forest reduces stress, fatigue, anxiety and depression. The oak is a symbol of the Slavic supreme god Perun and therefore a sacred tree in Slavic mythology.

The program is designed in five rituals:

1. A walk in the woods and mindful rest for an hour or two,
2. rite of solitude - find your oak tree in the forest, hug it, ground yourself with it and breathe deeply for 15 minutes so that it transfers its strength to us,
3. rite of wellness relaxation - baths in beer or others as desired, saunas and massages.
4. The ritual of healthy eating
5. Music ceremony after dinner

In addition to the offered team building program, it may also include: mountain biking, orienteering, team cooking and competitive grilling, karaoke party, bird watching, treasure hunt, paintball.
